The growing employment of EPS insulating panels in the building industry, both in civil and industrial applications, has favoured the diffusion of the moulding of these panels, which are traditionally produced through blocks cutting.

The advantages of the moulding process are many: better quality at same densities, production scraps almost non-existent, shorter production cycles in many cases. According to these considerations, through the use of special moulds, we developed a few highly specialized machines for the moulding of EPS slabs longer than three meters and with variable thickness.
